1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing this website, submitting an order, or asking us to source a part, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you order for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Products, descriptions and fitment

We sell genuine, aftermarket and OEM-quality automotive parts as identified on the product page or in our quotation. Images may be illustrative, and packaging, colour or minor manufacturer details may change without affecting the product’s essential function.

Vehicle compatibility depends on accurate information. Part numbers, VIN/chassis numbers, model, year, engine and regional specification can affect fitment. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle details and checking any restrictions stated on the product page.

  • When we confirm fitment in writing using the vehicle or part information you supplied, our Returns & Warranty Policy applies if the supplied part does not match that confirmation.
  • A customer-supplied part number or a purchase made without requesting fitment confirmation remains subject to the stated return conditions and your mandatory rights under UAE law.
  • Installation should be performed by a suitably qualified technician. Parts must not be modified, installed or used contrary to manufacturer instructions.

3. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order through the website or WhatsApp is an offer to purchase, not our final acceptance. An automated order number only confirms receipt. Before acceptance, we may verify stock, fitment, price, VAT, delivery charges and payment arrangements.

A binding sale is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, a failed verification, a legal restriction or suspected fraud. If we have already received payment, we will refund the cancelled amount through an appropriate method.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. The order confirmation or quotation will state applicable VAT, delivery fees and any other charge before you are required to pay. “Price on request” items are not sold at a final price until we confirm the quotation with you.

Available payment methods and any payment deadline will be disclosed during order confirmation. Payment must be made using an authorised method and by a person authorised to use it. We will never ask you to send full payment-card credentials through WhatsApp, email or chat.

5. Delivery, collection and GCC orders

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. We will provide the available delivery or collection information, associated cost and any material delay as soon as reasonably possible. Please give us a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

For delivery outside the UAE, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs clearance, permits and destination-country restrictions unless our written quotation says otherwise. Risk and title pass only as permitted by applicable law and the agreed delivery method.

6. Cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We can usually cancel an order that has not been sourced specially or dispatched. Once sourcing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may depend on the item and costs already incurred.

Our Returns & Warranty Policy explains the process for returns, faulty or incorrect goods, fitment claims, refunds and manufacturer warranties. Proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the issue may be required. Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE consumer-protection law, including remedies for defective, unsafe or materially misdescribed goods.

7. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You must provide accurate order, contact, vehicle and delivery information; inspect delivered goods within a reasonable time; follow installation and safety instructions; and notify us promptly of any problem.

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the catalogue at scale or interfere with another person’s use.
  • Do not use our products for an unlawful purpose, remove safety markings or make a false warranty, refund or chargeback claim.

8. Intellectual property

The website, brand assets, layout, text, catalogue presentation and original media belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website only for personal or legitimate business purchasing and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

9. Third-party services and links

Our site may link to or interact with WhatsApp, maps, analytics providers, delivery companies and other independent services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service, but this does not remove any responsibility we have for parties acting as our processors, agents or fulfilment partners under applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Catalog availability and online information may change. Advice based on incomplete or inaccurate vehicle details is necessarily limited.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy and marketing

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use order details to fulfil and support your purchase. We send promotional messages only where permitted and you may opt out at any time without affecting service messages about an existing order.

12. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event reasonably outside its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, port or customs disruption, carrier interruption, widespread network failure or labour disruption. The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance. Your mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

13. UAE law and disputes

These terms and our sales are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve a complaint fairly and promptly. You may also use the competent UAE or Dubai consumer-protection channel.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. No term overrides a mandatory right under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended), Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means, or another applicable UAE law.

14. Changes and language

We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The version published when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. English and Arabic versions are provided for accessibility; neither version limits mandatory UAE consumer rights.
